Do not touch the burning coals with your hands. It is mandatory that you use the tongs provided at all times. When moving the shisha you must place the coals in the tray or coal carrier before you pick it up off the ground.
When you are done with the shisha you must extinguish the coals with water and dispose of them properly, please use tongs at all times. Lift the shisha with two hands, placing one hand on the glass base and one on the stem under the tray. Please place the shisha into the designated bag, along with any other accessories.
Please also discard both the disposable shisha hose and mouth tips.
What we offer
All packages are for overnight hire. There is no need to clean shisha just place all items into the shisha bag and place them outside your front door for pick up the next morning. Please dispose of the used hose, mouth tips, and coals.
